Arsenal plays in the Premier League, the top flight of English football. The club has won 13 league titles (including an undefeated title), a record 14 FA Cups, two League Cups, 16 FA Community Shields, a European Cup Winners' Cup and an Interurban Fair Cup. Arsenal is the most successful club in FA Cup history. It was also the first time that the two finalists had left the Wembley Tunnel side by side, in honor of Arsenal coach Herbert Chapman, who had moved to the Gunners from the West Yorkshire club.
The Emirates FA Cup competition is open to any eligible club in the English football league system: a total of 92 professional clubs from the Premier League, the English Football League and several hundred teams that do not belong to the league.
